Hotel in La Thuile - our advise

La Thuile is one of the largest ski resorts in Aosta Valley, located at N/W of Valgrisenche (see our Map), and it is connected to the French ski resort of La Rosière.
From the top of its 150 km of ski runs, you can admire the Rutor glacier and the Mont Blanc.

La Thuile is a beautiful ski resort situated on the border between Italy and France. La Thuile is characterized by a beautiful and large ski area linked with the French resort La Rosiere.

A warm little village, with many
 shops, bars and typical Aosta
Valley restaurants will welcome
you! You could stay in beautiful hotels, recently and nicely renovated: in short, a good place where to spend your holidays!

We have specifically selected these beautiful hotels for you based on the high quality of the service they provide. These hotels are situated in close proximity to all comforts in the heart of the resort.

Any non heli-skier accompanying you (family or friends) will have the opportunity to enjoy the facilities, the amenities and activities the resort offers.
You could also enjoy a nice Italian style "après-ski".
In case of bad weather, if the helicopter can not fly, you will have the opportunity to enjoy the network of ski lifts.

Daily logistic if you accommodate in La Thuile

With the hotel minibus or with the guide you will reach, in just few minutes, the helicopter's landing area.
The first flight every morning is done on Ruitor in order to ski down on the side of Valgrisenche.

Your last run is also on Ruitor glacier, but on the side of La Thuile.

Depending on snow and weather conditions your mountain guide could propose you to come back in La Thuile skiing, passing through Sainte Foy and La Rosière. In this case you will have lunch in a typical restaurant in France.

If the above options are not possible because of bad weather, you will come back in La Thuile by minibus.

You can end your day relaxing in the Pré-Saint-Didier Spa (20 minutes drive far from La Thuile).
